Convenience is expensive

I like that we have a grocery store other than the Food Center and Fasmart now, but it is crazy how much of an inflation on prices we have to pay for the convenience of Food Lion. There are SEVERAL items that are priced 2 and 3 dolars over what they are priced at Wal-mart... so I just go there or Kroger to grocery up and only pick up things here and there when I have to. The service during the day is great, and in the evening when all the highschool kids are in there working it stinks. Most are rude and not interested in being there and could care less if you couldn't find something on the shelves. I think the sales are great, the isles are too narrow, the produce section is nice, and the overall selection in the store somewhat lacks, but they do boast the largest variety of wine in a Food Lion in the state.... I would personally like cheaper prices better.
